The history of Kupe

Kupe: 
The history of Kupe tells us that Kupe was a great warrior and leader. He was a brave and clever explorer. Kupe  sailed all around the pacific ocean to new Zealand and   around new Zealand. We think of him as a great leader because when he was sailing he fought the giant octopus so his tribe could fish for food so they wouldn’t starve. I think that Kupe wasn’t a good person because he murdered his cousin to marry his wife. He lived and grew up in a mythical land called Hawaikiki.

today I learnt about the Hauraki gulf and what see animals are in it. there are a lot of different questions and answer inside. how long do you think the New Zealand fur seal can breathe for?

Howick historical village

Hi everybody, today rooms 6, 7 and 8 went to  Howick historical village, it was great. The  first activity we did was communication using Morse code, braille and semaphore. Next we went to school I thought it was the best because everyone tries to be naughty so they can get hit by the cane. We learnt that the 12 year old's had to teach the 5 year old's what the teacher taught them. Last we went on a tour we got to see all the old houses and what they played with. I hope you had a great time there. Are you going to go there again?
